Electric F7 A/B Locomotives

Comes with trucks, couplers, fiberglass body, body details with lights and single color paint or primer. Body detail can be limited to reduce cost if needed.

All locomotives will be equipped with hook for safety chains unless requested to not install.

Same equipment as the dummy, but all locomotives come with 500 watt axle hung motors, 36 volt, 4QD pro 200 controller. Basic option does not include wireless controls or sound. All powered locomotives are equipped with dynamic brakes and battery regen.

NOTE: If locomotive is being shipped, batteries will not be included. 

Wireless control systems designed by Dakoda wireless that allow for flip of the switch MU. These are stable and reliable with safety in mind. This includes locomotive battery level and current draw visible on hand held controller screen.

 Controllers have switches for bell, horn, reverse, and three additional switches. One is usually connected to lights, one to brakes if equipped and a spare.

Custom designed sound system built in house. We have many prime movers available, bells, and whistles. All sound systems have a start up sound, and notches that change as the locomotive loads. Radio chatter background sounds also available.

Locomotives can be equipped with air compressor, pressure control switch, and air fittings to control air equipped riding stock. Locomotives have built in dynamic brakes, but no air brakes.  Air brakes are controlled via a switch on the hand controller.

All locomotives are equipped with the same reliable components no matter the option level you choose. We have designed these locomotives to be powerful and reliable at a price that is competitive. We also pride ourselves with quick turn around. We will not take orders or money unless we are sure we can deliver your locomotive in the agreed time line.
